On the morning of January 14, 2022, at 10:00 am, the 2021 Nissan Group Reserve Cadre Annual Symposium was successfully held in Conference Room 3 of Nissan Group Headquarters. Branches in Zhangzhou, Sichuan, Vietnam, Tong'an, and other places participated in this symposium through cloud video.

 

 

 

In this meeting, the host, Director of Human Resources, Zheng Yuqing, first gave a brief statement on the overall process and purpose of the symposium. The meeting mainly included several links such as job sharing, supervisor comments and clarification, as well as the chairman's speech. Talents are passed down from generation to generation, and department leaders provide one-on-one guidance on the education and storage of cadres in the form of mentoring and apprenticeship. I am born with a talent that is always useful, and professional knowledge and management talents do not necessarily match. The first 5 years of young people entering the industry are the most crucial, as they will form fixed habits and determine positions. In the next 10 years, they will advance to become supervisors or continue to work as engineers. Supervisors should leverage their strengths and avoid weaknesses, and reasonably select talents.
